PhD In One Hour Per Day – Easy Way by Dr. Prakash Bhosale

Dr. Prakash Bhosale, PhD in Business Journalism, figured out to be more successful in a simple way. He states that you can do PhD In One Hour Per Day.

Does that sound too good to be true?

No, it is not, as Dr. Prakash explains that it is a general misconception that PhD is very tough exam to crack & not everyone can do that, but that is just a myth. He says that people misunderstand the PhD course. His formula consists of a couple of simple strategies to rewire your brain.

  1. Break the Tasks in Small Points

Usually, PhD takes around 3 years to complete. If you break your course in smaller courses & plan accordingly, you can achieve your goal without mounting any pressure. You can create calendar which will help you track your progress. We are here to help & consult students who wants to reach their goals of pursuing PhD.

  1. Consider Problems as Challenges, Not Threats.

Most of us react negatively to problems when they take us by surprise. Problems are a given–only the intensity of the problems are a variable. If you can learn to accept problems as a normal, regular, and completely unavoidable part of life, you’ll have taken your first step toward handling them with more grace and objective understanding. Instead consider it as a challenge.

  1. Ask for Help

Many people have the tendency to work harder when they are very busy. That is also the case for many PhD students: long working days, few breaks, working in weekends, lots of stress. One of the most important things is to know how to ask for help when needed. Knowing when and how to ask for help can make navigating this unknown terrain much easier and saves your time by avoiding the mistakes (or experiments) that others have made.

  1. Every Day, Write A Thank-You-Email

You think you will become happy because of your big successes. That is not true according to research. Small things are much more important. Try to introduce ‘daily happiness habits’ like gratitude, meditation, and exercise. Writing a thank-you-email every morning once you open up your computer, praising or thanking someone in your social network. It will only cost you 2 minutes a day and it will create ripples of positivity.

  1. Make It Easier Doing What You Want to Do

Would you like to start writing a thank you email every day, but are you having problems keeping that habit? It is the ‘activation energy’ that stops you from doing things you should. You probably recognize this: You are planning to go for a run, but your sofa is too comfortable. So how to make sure you will get up from the sofa which as little action as possible. You have to reduce the amount of ‘activation energy’, so make new habits 20 seconds easier to start. You can sleep in your running gear and put running shoes right next to bed. Chances are big that you will go for a run. If you can make the positive habit 3 to 20 seconds easier to start, your likelihood of doing it rises dramatically. And you can do the same thing by flipping it for negative habits. Watching too much television? Merely take out the batteries of the remote control creating a 20-second delay and it dramatically decreases the amount of television people will watch.’
